Registration of a company on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.

The process of registering a legal entity on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia is quite simple.

For this you need:

• Obtain a Slovenian identification number.
• Get a TIN in Slovenia.
• choose a company name and check it among the already existing names in the registry.
• select the types of economic activity of the company.
• determine the composition of the founders and select the director of the company.
• Open a temporary company bank account and deposit a share capital of 7.500 euros.
• register the company in the Court Register.
• get a statistical identification code, put the company on tax records and get the TIN of the company from the tax authorities.
