This conclusion was made by the international organization Save the Children International based on a comparative analysis of the latest data for 172 countries. We used data on what has been done for children's health, education and their protection.

The highest rankings are from Norway and Slovenia, which shared 1st place, Finland took 3rd place. Dozens of countries have achieved very high results in child care. The United States, for example, ranks 36th. Nigeria ranks last among the surveyed countries.
