All utility costs are not included in the rental amount and are paid by the tenant. Security deposit equal to two months' rent.

Also a rental condition: the tenant (a legal entity that pays VAT) reimburses the landlord for part of the intermediation fee in the amount of one month's rent, as well as half of the costs for drawing up the lease agreement.
