Completely renovated this year, the house in the old center of Izola is divided into two apartments, each with a separate entrance.

The apartment is about 25 m2 on the ground floor and is very suitable for rental for tourist purposes, heated with underfloor heating.

3-room apartment with an area of 95 m2, includes a small gallery and a terrace with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The entrance to the apartment is on the first floor of the house. On the second floor there are two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. On the third there is an open living room with a kitchen, which is quite sunny, since above it there is a gallery with access to a terrace that lets in a lot of light. The staircase is metal with massive oak steps, the floor is oak parquet.

The reconstruction was complete and included the replacement of mezzanine structures, all utilities, stairs, windows, roof, facade, terrace, racks, etc.

With permission from the city administration, two cars can be parked in front of the house.
